Green  Card  Lotterie

In a previous report, we told you about the procedure for the travel of the French on the territory of the United States in which we told you about the Green Card.

The Green Card is a card that gives the status of its holder as a Permanent Resident in the United States. You should know that this is an agreement between the United States and several countries. A person can apply for this card without going through the lottery set up by the U.S. Department of State, but the procedure is long and often unsuccessful.

The U.S. Department of State organizes a large lottery every year in early October to select candidates for legal immigration to the United States. The Green Card Lottery is the Diversity Visa Lottery Program, mandated by Congress, is administered annually by the U.S. Department of State and conducted under Section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, the Immigration and Nationality  Act.   (INA). Section 131 of the Immigration Act 1990 (Pub. L. 101-649) as amended by section 203 of Immigration Act 203 (INA 203) provides for the class of immigrants designated not "diversity    immigrants", section 203(c) of the INA provides for a maximum of 55,000 Diversity Visas, each fiscal year, to be available to people from countries with lower immigration quotas to the United States. Fifty-five thousand immigrant visas have been reserved as "DV" immigrants; however, since Decree DV-1999, Congress has reserved 5,000 visas annually for exclusive use under the  Nicaraguan  and Central American Relief  Act  (NACARA).

Only the website:

https://dvprogram.state.gov/

This is the real website to register for the Green Card lottery. The ". gov"atthe end of the internet address proves it to you.

It's FREE!!!  No company may make an entry on behalf of a third party. This is a common SCAM on the internet. Unfortunately, every year people are fooled by his companies. If you have any doubt about our comments about its scam companies you can inquire with a consulate or Embassy of the United States whose contact details are communicated to you on our page "INFORMATIONS USA". Be aware that no company has an approval to have the authorization to register a candidate for the Green Card lottery.

All you have to do is enter your information. We know that on the internet many "Commercial" sites promise at any time of the year to register you for this lottery and those in exchange for so-called administrative fees. Be aware that its websites have no legal status for your lottery registration more than only the person can register. So by going through his scammer websites (let's not hide the truth) you will have lost all your money.

Do not be fooled also by particularly well done emails made by hackers who tell you that you have been selected and that you must send money to an address noted in the email. Please note that the selected persons receive a postal mail from the United States Department of State and in this letter you are given the instructions to follow to make an appointment with the American representation closest to your place of residence.
