The association France-USA-Net.Com by decision of its Executive Council, leaves today its duty of reserve.
The war unilaterally provoked by the Russian Federation and its ally Belarus against the Ukrainian state and its people. Those in defiance of international law and the recognition of the sovereignty of the latter by international institutions, including that of the United Nations, is for us an intolerable aggression.
And we condemn this totally gratuitous aggression. We hereby call on the world governments to condemn this aggression against a sovereign population. We demand the diplomatic and population isolation of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
The death of civilians is an unspeakable act and must be condemned by the International Tribunal for War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity. Any country that supports the Russian Federation and Belarus will be guilty of complicity and must be condemned, as will the Russian Federation and Belarus.
Our support is wholeheartedly with the people of the sovereign state, the government, and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Асоціація France-USA-Net.Com рішенням своєї Виконавчої ради, залишає сьогодні свій обов'язок резерву.
Війну в односторонньому порядку спровокувала Російська Федерація та її союзник Білорусь проти української держави та її народу. Ті, хто всупереч міжнародному праву і визнанні суверенітету останнього міжнародними інституціями, в тому числі Організації Об'єднаних Націй, є для нас неприпустимою агресією.
І ми засуджуємо цю абсолютно безкорисливу агресію. Ми закликаємо світові уряди засудити цю агресію проти суверенного населення. Ми вимагаємо дипломатичної та демографічної ізоляції Російської Федерації та Білорусі.
Загибель цивільних осіб є невимовним актом і повинна бути засуджена Міжнародним трибуналом з військових злочинів і злочинів проти людяності. Будь-яка країна, яка підтримує Російську Федерацію і Білорусь, буде винна в співучасті і повинна бути засуджена, як і Російська Федерація і Білорусь.
Наша підтримка від усього серця з народом суверенної держави, урядом і президентом України Володимиром Зеленським.

The Executive Council of France-USA-Net.Com decides with the vote of the members of the organization to classify the Russian Federation and Belarus as a Terrorist State and a War Criminal State.
This decision follows the various mass killings organized and executed by the armed forces of the Russian Federation with the support (as a rear base) of Belarus.
Following the remarks, Russian representatives (Russian Foreign Minister and Russian Ambassador to the United Nations) saying that the mass massacres in the cities of Boutcha, Irpin and Mariupol are false information and read to actors. Explaining that the bodies no longer had cadaveric rigidity.
We would like to inform here that any medical student knows that the cadaveric rigidity of a body disappears after 48 hours. But it would seem that medical students in the Russian Federation have the worst level of knowledge and intelligence to ignore this scientific fact.
Such lies from the part of dignitaries of the Russian Federation show that the leaders of the Russian Federation are worse than children who get caught after doing something stupid.
The Russian Federation is the funder and main user of the Nazi Wagner Group. So we classify the Russian Federation as a Nazi Government.

Виконавча рада France-USA-Net.Com голосами членів організації приймає рішення про віднесення Російської Федерації та Білорусі до терористичної держави та воєнної злочинної держави.
Це рішення слідує за різними масовими вбивствами, організованими і здійсненими збройними силами Російської Федерації за підтримки (як тилової бази) Білорусі.
Після цього російські представники (міністр закордонних справ Росії і посол Росії в ООН) заявили, що масові масові вбивства в містах Бутча, Ірпінь і Маріуполь є неправдивою інформацією і читаються акторам. Пояснюючи, що тіла більше не мали трупної жорсткості.
Тут ми хотіли б повідомити, що будь-який студент-медик знає, що трупна жорсткість тіла зникає через 48 годин. Але, здавалося б, студенти-медики в РФ мають найгірший рівень знань і інтелекту, щоб ігнорувати цей науковий факт.
Така брехня з боку високопосадовців РФ показує , що лідери РФ гірші за дітей, яких ловлять після того, як роблять щось дурне.
Російська Федерація є спонсором і основним користувачем нацистської групи Вагнера. Тому ми класифікуємо Російську Федерацію як нацистський уряд.
